From Design to Erection
At Timberlok we provide a complete project consultancy package, from the initial enquiry through to design, delivery and erection on site we will advise and guide you through the complete process. Every effort will be made to ensure that you are maximising cost efficiency and complying with all government legislation whilst meeting planning conditions at all times. For these reasons, site visits are actively encouraged at an early stage, we very much want to be part of your team from the start. No aspect of the project management is deemed too small, from site restrictions to crane requirements we will guide you through the entire project process.
Working alongside architects, we can offer advice and detailed CAD drawings, whilst simultaneously providing accurate costings. Guideline costings can be established easily and quickly at the outset in order to reduce any unnecessary time wastage for either party.
Once appointed, we will then further develop the timber frame design, liaising as and where necessary with structural engineers and building regulation officers. Final approval is obtained at this point, prior to the timber being ordered.
With a swift efficient team of erectors, the frame can be up within a matter of days. Your assigned will ensure smooth project management throughout the commissioned work.
