Interlocking System 140 (Thermalok)
An innovative and world leading design!
Timberlok's premier product the Interlocking System 140 allows construction to be undertaken for up to seven multi-storeys and due to its ability to facilitate a wider range of timber sizes, it is ideally suited to the non standard build.
The Interlocking System 140 not only complies with, but far surpasses the new Part L government legislation.
Manufactured in the UK, the 140 external frame is built in large easy to crane panels, that can be erected with ease by experienced erectors to provide a building skeleton with structural integrity.
The insulation sits within the frame and provides a substantial improvement to the SAP* rating (U Value), as the following links demonstrate:-

For standard build projects the Timberlok Standard 140 is a great alternative, whilst offering a more cost-effective solution it still remains a solid product and also exceeds Part L government legislation.
Both products are made from the finest ecological, robust and durable wood in the world.
*But What Exactly Does An Improved SAP Rating Mean To You?
Part L compliance, dictates that there must be a significant improvement in U Values, as excessive air leakage dramatically affects the fabric performance. Builders will therefore require an early input and greater technical support at design stage, as timber frame specialist Timberlok can guide you through the Part L maze.
SAP 79C is the rating achieved before any modification
SAP 82B is the rating achieved after the modification
